What this website collects

• Forms. When you book a demo or request a demo link we store the details you enter (name, company, email, phone, country, language, scenario, message) to respond to you. We keep them for as long as we are in contact and up to 24 months after.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. No personal profile is built.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting for a limited period.

What the Voxbutler service processes

When a business uses Voxbutler to answer its phone, Voxbutler processes call audio, transcripts, summaries and the documents that business uploads. In that case Voxbutler acts as a processor on behalf of that business, which is the controller of its callers’ data. The processing terms are part of the customer agreement.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure in the region agreed with each customer. Website form submissions are stored in the region of our sales tooling.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Email info@voxbutler.com and we respond within 30 days.
