How the butler answers your phone.

One agent per business, trained on your documents, connected to your tools, answering on your number. Here is what happens on every call.

What happens on a call

  1. Step 1

    Caller dials your number

Your existing number, forwarded, or a new one.

  2. Step 2

    Azure telephony answers

Azure Communication Services picks up and streams audio both ways.

  3. Step 3

    The butler listens and speaks

Real-time speech in the caller’s language, interruptions handled.

  4. Step 4

    Your knowledge and tools

Answers from your documents. Actions through your connectors.

  5. Step 5

The note lands in your portal

Summary, mood and log, seconds after the call ends.

Your documents, not a guess.

Upload price lists, product sheets, opening hours, policies and FAQs as PDF, Word or plain text. Voxbutler indexes them into a private search index for your tenant. During a call the butler looks up the answer in your documents and replies from them. If the answer is not there, it says so and offers to take a message.

Connects to your systems.

Voxbutler talks to your software through connectors built on the open Model Context Protocol. Each connector signs in securely, and you choose which actions the butler may use. Everything else stays off limits. Any system with an API can be connected.

Sounds like a person, behaves like a professional.

Every call, written down.

When the caller hangs up, the butler writes a short note and rates the caller’s mood. Both land in your call log with the time, duration and where the call came from. No more “who called while I was out?”.

You stay in control

  • Edit the butler’s instructions in plain language.
  • Choose voice, languages and model per agent.
  • Test a call from your browser before going live.
  • Invite colleagues as users of your tenant.
  • Decide exactly which connectors and actions the butler may use.
